Morning in Old San Juan. Prop plane ride to Vieques. Surprise- no car reservation. I put in Vinques and they rented me a car on the mainland! Cancelled the car but no replacement available. So we will taxi throughout the island. But first tonight, kayaking on Bio Bay!
